Locke’s Tax Service was started in 2006 and later became Locke's Tax & Financials Inc, the business was started solely as a tax preparation business and expanded based on the needs of the clients. Within her experience as a sole proprietor, Takisha has helped individuals and small businesses with compliance requirements, structuring businesses as limited liability companies, and corporations for tax benefit purposes, and assisted in maintaining client corporate and filing requirements.

Locke’s Educational Background:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from Elizabeth City State University. 
• Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Walden University.
• Masters in Finance from Walden University.
